By accessing or using the store or purchasing products from MoHoLife24, you agree to these Terms and the other policies made available through the store.

Products and Availability
MoHoLife24 offers apparel, stickers, accessories, drinkware, bags, and other community-inspired merchandise.
Product availability and inventory may change without notice.
Products that are out of stock may become unavailable for purchase until additional inventory becomes available.
Where an item is offered for preorder, the applicable product page will state its estimated shipping timeframe.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, sizes, colors, images, prices, and other product information accurately.
Product colors and appearance may vary depending on a customer's device, screen, display settings, or other technical factors.
Prices
Product prices are displayed on the store and may be updated from time to time.
Applicable shipping charges and sales tax are calculated and displayed through checkout where applicable.
Orders
Placing an order through the store does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.
An order may be affected by inventory availability, payment authorization, fraud-prevention checks, incorrect customer information, or other legitimate processing requirements.
If an order cannot be processed, MoHoLife24 may contact the customer using the information provided with the order.
Payment
Payments are processed through the payment methods made available through Shopify Checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate payment, billing, shipping, and contact information.
Shipping
Orders are subject to the MoHoLife24 Shipping Policy.
In-stock orders are generally processed within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Carrier transit time is additional and is not included in the 5–7 business-day processing timeframe.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Purchases are subject to the MoHoLife24 Returns & Refunds Policy.
Customers requesting a return must contact MoHoLife24 within 7 calendar days after delivery and receive authorization before sending merchandise back.
Returns must be approved by MoHoLife24 before merchandise is shipped back. Once a return request has been approved, customers will receive return instructions, including the applicable return address.
Please do not send merchandise to the business address, a USPS PO Box, or any other address without prior authorization from MoHoLife24. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
Approved refunds are issued in accordance with the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit customer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, MoHoLife24 branding, logos, artwork, graphics, photographs, product designs, written content, and other original store materials are owned by or licensed to MoHoLife24.
Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or commercially used without appropriate permission.
